(just when i think those anit-video game guys have no legs to stand on,i start to remember every rave i have ever been to...)
Well, I am finally back and I am super tired... not even this can of A&W Cream soda is keeping me up... (it is my newest kick since Mountain Dew is like unto water to my body now) :P Believe it or not, progress was made on the Image Gallery Section... the menu is up but i am still uploading pics.. there are like 300... oh well... sleepy time
Man, i am sooooo tired... lol.. we played tonight and God really rained his power down on us in a real way.. OH by the way, i have to share this thing God gave me... we were at a Watermark concert and he gave me this during a time of prayer at the end:
 I very seldom find artists these days that leave me breathless after i have finished listening to the them. Most music is now is just reproceessed crap for a mainstream-teeny-bopper audience... lacking not only depth but creativity... sarah is my salvation in this department... I can literally choose any of her albums and listen to the entire thing without skipping a song... her music is on a completely different level... she teaches you to love, hate, forgive, forget, and yearn for more as each lyric seeps from her lips and each note flows from her guitar/piano... I am in awe...
 WELL TODAY IS NATIONAL TRANSFORMER SHIRT DAY! Actually it isnt... but this shirt rules so much! Transformers was the ultimate cartoon as a kid. It reminds of the simpler days of my life everytime i wear this shirt... the days when all you had to worry about was how high you could jump your bike and where you left your He-man sword. :)
Well, after a great day of playing music at Tech there is nothing like beautiful silence here in the stillness of this room... Silence can be an awesome thing... you start to realize the little things that God made so incredibly... Our Gig went great and I am so proud of each of the guys in the band.... I love You Guys! You are the most talented men I have ever known... Well I gotta run... gotta talk to my baby some more ;)
Ok Guys, we are playing at Louisiana Tech today at 2:30 and I am suppost to be there at 12:30 for soundcheck... ick! late already, so this will be quick! I hope to see you there! Thanks david for the copy of Before these Crowded Streets! Anywho, I am out!
Hey all! Well, i am almost done with the image gallery so thanks for your patience.
Something to note: I have been working on some new material (songs/poetry) and will be posting them soon. I am going to change the last "ball" of the poetry section into a "New Poetry" ball so that if you want to read my latest fripperous ramblings you can just check that section... it isnt up yet so dont trip out on me... lol
There is so much work left to do on this site and i have no idea where i am going to find the time to do it. Thanks guys!
Ok, I finally got the Cam installed and it seems to be functioning normally. This week has been a wild one so far. Steven, Adam, Devin and I got together for the first time ever (with Devin) and worked on some new material. Man, all i can say is WOW. This is some of the best stuff i have ever had a hand in writing in my life and it so much fun to play. (which is a big step away from the "heroin-rock" i am so used to writing. Musically we have each come so far and spiritually we are all growing... it is wild how things come full circle...
I am learning new things about grace and mercy and the awesomeness of God everyday... i can't believe what he has done for me in the past two days.... when i get done with this web-cam thingy i will take the time out to tell you guys.... yes, i have a web cam.. lol...
this will be my last post for a little while, tonight a part of myself died... a part that can never be taken back... and the emptiness that remains can never be filled... i love you all and i pray that God will give you Solace in all the things you choose in life...
Sorry about it being so long between posts guys but i have been swamped here lately.. at work i am neck deep in layouts... and ,at home, boxing up my few remaining belongings for the move is a pain in the ::ahem:: "buttocks"! so if i get behind on updating, you guys blame it on my boss! >:P(graphic artists are the most underpaid human workhorses i swear)ANYWHO, i did manage to stand in line for an hour to get excellent Dave Tickets and actually didnt have to go to the dang Blood Bank after all. Money is tight but Dave is worth it. lol! Speaking of which: the new album (Everyday) is actually growing on me now. If you havent heard the song: In the space between, prepare to cause it is gonna be all over the radio soon... it is my FAVE dave song yet. Click on the title to download it... well, i am out till next time.
Well, it is Plasma Center Day for me folks. I gotta somehow come up with the money to go see Dave in July and I am SO TAPPED right now. The only option i can currently see is THE PLASMA CENTER! So i don't know how high this ranks on the Dave Fan List but I am literally giving blood (plasma) to go see Dave... top that porchmonkeys! hehehehe! The Gallery will be done soon I promise...

Hey everyone. Sorry that it has been so long between updates but i have had so much going this week. I got the new menu up and running today but the "Images" section is far from done. Stephen, Adam, and I went to see "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Chicken" or um Dragon that is. It was really great if you enjoy an entire 2 hours of chinese language and subtitles. It was a great movie but hard to get past all the "chi wong wang phat cow" stuff. (and who said chinese wasnt a romantic language);) Well I am pretty excited about the potential Dave Matthews concert in Irving. I plan to play guitar and sing on the street for the money to get to it. (actually i can do some pretty fly tricks with a Batman Pez Dispenser and some lighter-fluid) but it kind of scares small children. lol.
Anywho, more updates are a comin...
Well guys, here it is... brand spankin' new and ready to fly... as you noticed this site has been completely redesigned and reformatted. I thought it was fitting since i have gone through a little reformatting of my own. [THE POETRY SECTION IS STILL HERE!!!]
